My current writing problem:
I’m writing a chapter in which the end of the chapter may be the start of the next chapter but I don’t know if it is or not because I haven’t written the next chapter yet so I need to write the next chapter to find out if it’s the end or the beginning but I don’t know what to write so I can’t upload anything and my story hasn’t been updated for almost two months and no-one’s complained or asked if I’m still writing it so even though it has followers did any of them actually like it in the first place?

Therefore, I'd like to pose a challenge. I want to see your version of where this story goes.

Sam shivered as he leaned against the splintered wooden wall of the barn. His shoulder ached from his fight with the demon spawn Mar-Delok and his clothes were soaked from the cold rain which fell outside. He let the knife fall into the dust and turned to his brother.
Dean was shaken up. His chest was heaving with exertion and his shredded shirt was barely clinging to his muscular frame. Sam could see he was hurt.
"Hey. Are you ok?" Sam stepped closer and put his arms around Dean. "We're going to get out of this, they can't keep us here long."
The brothers huddled together in the dark as the sound of the rain drumming on the roof eased their fears of pursuit. Despite the cold outside and the demons who, even now, must be approaching, the warmth of their embrace comforted them.
And then Sam caressed Dean's clavicle.
"This is wrong," said Dean.

And yet if these were mothers trying to get their daughters chatting to the 'nice young man' who helped her find a CD she was looking for, or the 'polite boy' who always remembers to give her an extra sachet of sugar with her coffee, I can't help but feel that people would be complaining about how their mothers were embarrassing and interfering and that they could find a girlfriend on their own if they wanted. (Though I do love the fact that their mothers are comfortable with their daughters' sexuality.)
Dear people who read supernatural fanfiction
I read this fic a while ago, I can't remember the title or the author and I haven't been able to find it. I think it may have been deleted or taken down (or I'm searching the wrong tags). If anyone recognizes the fic I'm talking about and could send me a link, or tell me the title, I'd be grateful! (I'd offer you something other than gratitude in return, but my talents are pretty limited. I could make something funny for you in photoshop?)
Ok, here is what I remember about the fic:
- It was Destiel
- It was decently long—I do not remember if it was chapter or if it was a long oneshot.
- Dean somehow wound up in at least one alternate reality—there may have been multiple alternate realities, but I know there was at least one.
- The one that I clearly remember was The End!verse. In this alternate reality, 2014!Dean was a woman, and she was pregnant (not with Cas's kid).
- I believe the fic was heavily sprinkled with lyrics from Led Zeppelin and/or The Doors.
Here is what may have happened in the fic but I might just be remembering pieces from another fic:
- There was more than one alternate reality.
- Everybody had a twin in one of them
- Dean was a woman and had a kid with Cas
- Dean traveled between these realities by way of a cursed mirror.
I don't know if it will help, but I originally read the fic on AO3
At first I thought you were talking about The Mirror, but then I read through your post again and I don’t remember an End!verse scenario with a pregnant Dean or any song lyrics in it. :-\ So yeah, it might be, but I’m doubting it now.
